Experienced Tree Climber / Arborist

Location: Charlottesville, VA
Salary: $25–$35/hr depending on experience, certifications, and crew leader readiness

Charlottesville Tree Service is hiring a skilled Tree Climber / Arborist to join our growing, professional team. What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in production climbing, rigging, pruning, and removals
• Ability to handle in-tree work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Respectful communicator who works well with both ground crew and leadership
• Ready and willing to step into a crew leader role in the near future
• ISA Certified Arborist—or able to pass the exam within 30 days of hire (support available)
• CDL a plus
