Arbor Management Associates Inc is based out of Sunman IN. We do tree work, landscaping, stump removal, and grading. We are looking for a foreman, tree profesional with roping, riging and cutting experience, and also groundsmen. We are looking for dependable employees with good work ethics. Needs to work together as a team and communicate well. We strive for excellence in making our customers happy! 

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the tree or construction industry.
• Proficient in basic tree cutting methods, both in the tree and on the ground, as well as climbing. Thorough knowledge of proper pruning techniques (natural and directional pruning) is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of arial lift equipment - CMC Arbor Pro Lifts
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in diverse weather conditions.
• Self-motivated, with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic, taking pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a steadfast commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with high professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug test at any time.
