Crew Leader / Foreman
Location: Lake Worth, FL
Salary: $27.50 - $35 (depending on experience)
All Brothers Tree Service is seeking an experienced Crew Leader / Foreman to join our growing team in Palm Beach County.
Pay: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour(Based on experience, qualifications, and certifications)
Requirements:
• Clean and valid driver's license required• CDL license is a plus• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred• Ability to lead and manage a tree crew safely and efficiently• Experience operating equipment such as bucket trucks, loaders, skid steers, mini excavators, and grapple trucks is a plus• Tree trimming and tree removal experience preferred• ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus• Must be dependable, professional, and safety-minded• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions• Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily crew operations• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently• Operate and oversee the use of company equipment• Perform tree trimming, pruning, removals, and rigging operations• Maintain job site safety and quality standards• Communicate effectively with management and crew members
