Crew Leader / Foreman

Location: Lake Worth, FL
Salary: $27.50 - $35 (depending on experience)

All Brothers Tree Service is seeking an experienced Crew Leader / Foreman to join our growing team in Palm Beach County. Pay: $27.50 - $35.00 per hour

(Based on experience, qualifications, and certifications) Requirements: • Clean and valid driver's license required

• CDL license is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Ability to lead and manage a tree crew safely and efficiently

• Experience operating equipment such as bucket trucks, loaders, skid steers, mini excavators, and grapple trucks is a plus

• Tree trimming and tree removal experience preferred

• ISA Certified Arborist certification is a plus

• Must be dependable, professional, and safety-minded

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Responsibilities: • Lead daily crew operations

• Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently

• Operate and oversee the use of company equipment

• Perform tree trimming, pruning, removals, and rigging operations

• Maintain job site safety and quality standards
