Heartwood Tree is growing and seeking a Territory Sales Manager to further build and service our customers throughout North Carolina. The Territory Sales Representative will be instrumental in aiding to achieve our growth goals while continuing to build our industry reputation. You will join a sales team that is already established and cohesive and has the tools and resources in place to assist you in finding and attracting new opportunities quickly. The Territory Sales Representative will leverage our network of clients and partners - including our participation in local, industry-specific organizations - to target, nurture, and qualify new opportunities. Additionally, most new clients are referrals, leading to warm calls as opposed to cold calls.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Arborist four-plus years and willing to become (if not already) TRAQ Qualified within one year
• Associates Degree in Arboriculture/ Forestry or any field of the like
• Full-Time position within Charlotte, NC
