As an Arborist at LundinTree LLC you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of tree care and helping lead a team to completion of all tree care services safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise as well as perform work such as pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals and properly maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and lifts)
• Ensuring each job is completed per the signed contract with the tree's health as priority

• Ensuring that all tree care work if performed in accordance with industry and company standards (ANSI A300 or better)

• Performing daily duties including accurately recording hours worked, completing job site reports, inventory materials used on the job, and unload/load equipment & material

Qualifications:

• A passion for nature, the environment and outdoor work
• Proven initiate, positive attitude, team-oriented and self-motivated

• ISA Arborist Certification is preferred and LundinTree will help with achieving certification if not yet certified

• Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science or a related field is preferred but not required

• Ability to identify plants, diagnose problems and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans

• Valid driver's license and clean MVR

• CDL not required but preferred
