Who we are:
We are a small, family owned tree service located in Philomath, Oregon. Our primary focus is on expert pruning and tree preservation, however, we provide the full range of arboricultural services including planting, tree removal, and stump grinding and some plant health care services. We are looking to add another journeyman-level climbing arborist to our team. We work safely. Hours are flexible. Our team is super fun. We pay well for skilled work and invest in career development and continuing education for our team. We have three ISA certified arborists and three climbers on our team of six field employees.  We generally don’t travel far for work, do huge removals or work over-time. Responsibilities:
As an arborist on our team, you will be expected to perform a wide variety of tasks including:
- Climbing based, large tree pruning, removal, cabling, aerial inspections etc.
- Ornamental and fruit tree pruning
- Tree planting
- Groundie responsibilities such as chipping, stump grinding, driving equipment, running ropes, etc. 
- Tree identification, tree risk and health assessments
- Occasional hedge pruning (I know)

Qualifications:
- Arborists with at least three years of professional tree-climbing experience are preferred. Applicants with less experience will be considered.
- ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round, in all weather conditions
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- A positive, team oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license
