We will hire a person with:

• Passion about Trees and Arboriculture, Safety and Preservation.
• 2-4 years Tree Specific experience emphasis on pruning and removal knowledge
• Clean MVR, ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• ISA Cerified Arborist (BCMA is great) College degree or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional sales ability and attention to detail, personable and trustworthy.
• Superior interpersonal skills with clients and fellow employees, Tech savvy.
• Desire to excel and earn a large commission, forge your future and leave your mark.
• Loves a challenge, flexible and diligent, Good listener and stands on principal.
• Ability to identify clients needs and offer appropriate services. Team Player.
• Ability to understand and sell/offer all our available services, Plant Health Care Included.
• Ability to assist in the field as needed, supporting the crews that make the money.

• $18 to $32/hour with negotiable bonus for production, $50,000 to $100,000 depending on your drive and commitment.
