Salary:

🌲 NOW HIRING – TREE CLIMBERS & GROUNDSMEN 🌲
Skyline Timber LLC | Central Florida

💰 PAY RANGES (Based on Experience)

Groundsmen:
👉 $16–$24/hr
• Entry-level: $15–$17
• Experienced (saws, rigging, chipper): $18–$21
• CDL / crew lead potential: $22–$24

Tree Climbers:
👉 $24–$38+/hr
• Intermediate climber: $24–$30
• Advanced / lead climber: $30–$38+

💸 CERTIFICATION & SKILL PAY BUMPS
✅ ISA Certified Arborist: +$2–$4/hr
✅ TCIA CTSP: +$1–$2/hr
✅ CDL (Class A or B): +$2–$3/hr
✅ Crane experience: +$2+/hr
✅ Lead climber / crew leadership: +$2–$4/hr
