Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Climbing Arborist / Production Climber who enjoys technical tree work and working as part of a professional crew. This role involves climbing, rigging, removals, and pruning while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Professional tree climbing using SRT or DdRT systems
• Execute technical removals and rigging operations
• Perform structural and fine pruning
• Work with ground crew to maintain safe and efficient job sites
• Operate chainsaws, rigging systems, aerial lifts, and equipment
• Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years professional climbing experience preferred
• Strong rigging and removal skills
• Experience with modern climbing systems
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team-oriented mindset and strong safety awareness

Compensation

$25 – $40+ per hour depending on experience.
Highly skilled climbers with leadership ability may earn higher compensation based on experience.
