About the Role
We’re hiring a Climbing Arborist, Crew Lead with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform expert-level tree removals, pruning, and rigging as a climbing arborist
- Lead and support ground crews to ensure efficient, safe workflows
- Inspect tree health and provide professional recommendations
- Operate climbing gear, ropes, saws, and safety equipment with precision
- Uphold all company safety standards
What You'll Need:
- ISA Certified Arborist credential (required)
- TRAQ certified (required)
- 2+ years professional climbing & rigging experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of tree biology & proper pruning techniques
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Ability to work outdoors in most conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety, initiative, integrity and professionalism.
- Leadership experience ( nice to have)
- Comfort operating trailers and backing equipment

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (weather-dependent) weekends as needed.
- Daytime hours; snow shifts may include early mornings or nights
