Are you a skilled and passionate tree climber looking for a rewarding opportunity? Tackett's Tree Service, a leading tree service in the Dayton, Ohio area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Climber to join our dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

• Perform expert tree climbing and aerial work, including pruning, removals, and rigging.

• Ensure job sites are safe and efficiently managed.

• Maintain and inspect climbing gear and equipment.

• Collaborate effectively with ground crews to complete jobs safely and to a high standard.

• Potentially assist with other aspects of tree care as needed.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in professional tree climbing and aerial lift operation.

• Thorough knowledge of knots, rigging techniques, and industry best practices.

• A strong commitment to safety for yourself and your team.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Valid driver's license (CDL license is a plus).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISA Certified Arborist, Tree Climber Specialist) are a plus.
