Tree Climber(s) ($1,000 Sign on Bonus)

Location: Bend, OR
Salary: Pay DOE ($20-30/hour) 

Cascade Tree Works, LLC is seeking experienced Tree Climbers to join our team. Must have tree work & tree climbing experience. $1,000 Sign on bonus upon 90 days of employement. ISA certification is preferred or willingness to get certified. Looking to hire immediately. We are based out of Bend, Oregon. Must have a valid driver's license, be punctual, have a good attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work well with others. We are interested in long term employees to join our growing company who understand the value of an effective and efficient team. 

Some of the responsibilities include: Using proper pruning techniques; assisting in the process of trimming trees, clearing and chipping tree debris, and disposing of tree debris. Ensuring that the work area beneath and around the trees is clear and properly marked so that the public will be safe from falling debris. Maintaining climbing gear and tree care equipment to be sure that all equipment and tools are safe and in working order for high quality and safe service. The use of saws, chippers, trucks and other equipment will be required as a part of all tree crew members duties. All crew members are required to follow all CTW safety policies and procedures. 

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm(ish) (20-40 hours per week)

 Pay: DOE ($20-30/hour) $1,000 Sign on bonus upon 90 days of employement
