Aerial Lift Oerator/Foreman, Groundsman

Location: New Orleans, LA
Salary: Based on experience and position

We are a local family owned tree service company looking to fill several positions. We are looking for and Aeril lift operator, foreman and groundsman. We offer health insurance, paid vacations and holidays. We support all employess in continuing education programs and training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in tree service industry
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive work ethics
• Willing to work some weekends

Aerial Lift Operator

• Properly operate aerial lift and/or bucket truck following all safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with groud crew.

Foreman

• Good communications skill.
• Good leadership skills.
• Manage and supervise crew performing tree care service in compliance with ANSI standards.
• Oversee all training and ensure that the crew follows all safety protocol in compliance with ANSI standard.
• Confer with arborist on work to be performed and responsible for daily production goals.
• Be able to communicate with customers in a professional manner.

Groundsman

• Experience with chipper usage and safety.
• Familiarity with rigging and lowering skills to assist aerial lift operator/climber in  performing tree pruning and removals safely.
• Positive work attitude.
