Climber/Tree Pruner/Crew Leader

Location: San Francisco, CA
Salary:

Seeking Certified Arborist or skilled and experienced climber/pruner to work with a high quality established Arborist and tree care company in San Francisco. Looking for someone who has excellent communication skills as well to be trained for position of crew leader, leading a small crew. 
Position is full time. 90% of the work is located in San Francisco with a small number located in Marin County, Alameda County, and San Mateo County. 

Qualifications: 
• Must have own climbing gear for position
• Demonstrate proper pruning and tree climbing, including fine pruning skills.
• Experience pruning trees with an artistic and thoughtful process.
• Experience handling both small and large jobs.
• Good communication with crew members.
• Follows all safety procedures and company policies.
• Driving record and background check will be performed.
• Must be able to drive company trucks including driving box truck with chipper equipment in tow. 
• Reliable transportation preferred to get to office/job sites.
• Certified Arborist or Qualified Tree Worker would be ideal.
