Arborists/Climber
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 PER YEAR

The Position
· Tree Climber/Arborist
We Are Looking For An Employee With A Valid Driver’s License, Along With A Strong Preference Given To Those Individuals That Have Received The ISA Certified Arborist & Tree Worker Designations. Applicant Must Be Able To Act As A Supervisor, Being Able To Effectively Give Verbal Instruction And Keep Their Crew Operating As Smooth As Possible. Applicants Will Be Required To Be Able To Climb Trees, Carry Heavy Loads, Talk To Customers, And Operate An iPad Efficiently. Must Be Comfortable With Working With A Large Tree Chipper & Chainsaws. Bilingual Is A Plus (English & Spanish).
· Tree Trimmer & Apprentice To Tree Climber
We are looking for employees who will be able to trim trees in line with proper techniques and safety standards. Tree Trimmers will be expected to be able to trim trees from the ground in accordance with the correct techniques; they will also be tasked with hauling branches. ISA Certification and Driver’s License are desired, but not mandatory.

Required Skills:
· Experience and Knowledge of Tree Service Safety Standards
· Experience and Knowledge of Proper Pruning Techniques
· Experience and Knowledge of Proper Knots, Rigging, and Safe Removal
· Experience & Knowledge of chainsaw use and safety required
· Experience & Knowledge of Large Tree Trimming & Removals (Pines, Eucalyptus etc.)
· Experience & Knowledge of Safe & Proper Chipper use
· Drivers License and Clean Driving Record
Preference will be given to those who:
· Are ISA Certified Tree Workers And/Or Certified Arborists
· Bilingual (English & Spanish)
· Have Valid Drivers License
