Climbing arborist/plant specialists

Location: Kirkwood, MO.
Salary: $20 -$35 per hour

Trees Forests and Landscapes in Kirkwood, MO. has two available opportunities for someone like you, who is looking for the right place to start or to continue your journey in the green industry. We are an arboricultural and landscape installation service that has always realized the importance of each individual and how they make a team better. Just like every person is unique, we treat each tree with the same thing in mind. From installing a new tree in a landscape, to all of the care it may require through its’ maturity, Trees, Forests and Landscapes has the knowledge, passion and equipment to do what is right for each situation. We diversify our services throughout the year, for our very diverse array of clients, which makes for an always evolving work environment.

What important things we are looking for in you:

-An interest in, and passion for all things green and the physical wherewithal to needed for the industry

-A willingness to learn and at the same time share your knowledge of tree and shrub care, selection and installation

-The ability to communicate with your team and clients

-Experience in the following is definitely a plus that can positively affect your wages but not absolutely necessary, as we are happy to train on the job:

              - A wide knowledge of plant species, site selection and proper installation

-The use of climbing systems for production pruning and removals (when necessary)

              -The use of aerial lifts

              -Small equipment operation, such as mini and full-size skid steers

-Safety procedures for equipment operation and programs such as First Aid, CPR, and aerial rescue
