Crew Leader / Sales / Climber

Location: Front Royal, VA
Salary: $30 - $40 per hour plus bonuses

Small, long-standing business needing to grow with additional crews.  Need foreman who can run estimates and work with the crew as climber or bucket operator.  Must be flexible to whatever is needed to help the company succeed and grow.  We are extremely dedicated to our employees and expect the same.  Our company is renowned for honesty, integrity and quality, but we are overwhelmed with work and losing customers.  We need someone who can step in immediately and run a crew as though this were your own company. Must be excellent with customers and crew as well as communicate well with the office and not afraid of paperwork.  Salary is based on qualifications / certifications and we pay better than any in our area. We offer bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
