Tree Trimmer

Location: City of Temple City
Salary: $4,220 - $5,338 Monthly

The City of Temple City is seeking a Tree Trimmer to join our Parks & Recreation team. This position involves performing a range of tasks related to the planting, preservation, trimming, and removal of City-owned trees. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining various tree maintenance equipment, attending to trees and shrubs, removing large limbs and trees, performing basic tree surgery, and maintaining related vehicles and machinery.

Education and Experience:

Qualified candidates should have a combination of training and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and at least one year of recent experience in climbing and trimming trees.

Other Qualifications: Possession of a valid Class C motor vehicle operator's license from the State of California.
