Hourly Wage: $20.10 - $29.19

Responsibilities of Landscape Maintenance Crew Member:
• Conduct complete landscape care including planting, mulching, pruning, maintenance, weeding, insect control, fall and spring cleanups
• Work flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonality of the industry
• Uphold the values of Wright Tree Service, which include safety, integrity, quality, respect, teamwork, innovation, and family
• Perform additional tasks as needed in all service areas.
• Monitor company equipment, tools, and vehicles for needed maintenance.
• Reports for duty at designated location on time each day.
• Supervises and manages maintenance crew to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensures that all safety rules and company safety policies are adhered to.
• Ensures that all work is performed in accordance to industry and company standards.
Requirements of Landscape Maintenance Crew Member:
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Proficiency in operating commercial landscape maintenance equipment and tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and complete daily paperwork
• Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to cope with a physically demanding job
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
