Production Arborist

Location: Traverse City, MI
Salary:

 

Production:

Use 101 skill set and elite skill set to aid in daily production.

*Examples, climbing, bucket ops, rigging, saw handling.

Use experience and knowledge to increase safety and efficiency on the job site.

Time Management

Work and communicate seamlessly with staff, leadership team, and owners to achieve

our credo of Safety, Morale, Production.

 

Coaching and Consulting:

Increase awareness of proper arboricultural practices, techniques, and standards, amongst the staff and clientele.

Take full advantage of teachable moments both on the job and in dedicated training forums.

Observe and comment upon policies and procedures that effect quality of work.

Work with, advise, and coach, climbers in training.

Increase staff knowledge in plant identification and disease diagnosis

 

 

Production Arborist Benefit Package

Hourly Rate $35.

Paid Holidays: Memorial, 4th of July, Labor, Thanksgiving, Christmas (5)
