Responsibilities:

• Shadow the Sales Arborist on customer appointments
• Assist in clover leafing and other lead generation activities
• Assist in the identification and diagnosis of pests and/or disease  issues on the clients property
• Utilize sales process tools to develop proposals and work orders using industry standard language and arboriculturally sound practices.
• Perform follow up calls with the customers
• Assist on crew set up of sold jobs
• Attend home shows, community events and other opportunities to demonstrate Monster Tree Service capabilities.
• Assist tree and plant health care crews as assigned to gain further understanding of tree care operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior field experience in plant health or tree care
• Bachelor’s Degree in the green industry or related field
• ISA Certified Arborist or ability to obtain
• Pesticide Applicators License helpful
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s License and a clean driving record
