The Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University seeks skilled horticulture and arboriculture professionals and students to join the Arboretum’s Living Collections Departments in the stewardship of one of the finest and most significant plant collections and historic landscapes in North America. The Arboretum seeks a dynamic and diverse group of individuals to fill seasonal positions for the 2020 growing season.

Seasonal Gardener (Landscape Operations)

The Seasonal Gardener (Landscape Operations) position is a term appointment up to six-months in duration with flexible start dates through spring and early summer. The Seasonal Gardeners work alongside fellow members of the Arboretum’s Landscape Operations Team responsible for implementation of the institutions mowing operations and aspects of its soils health program, management of irrigation and drainage systems, and other landscape maintenance and construction tasks as needed. Hourly wage: $21.00. Benefits Eligible Position.
