Arborist Climber/Groundsperson - John B. Ward

Proudly serving the Main Line area for the past 63 years, John B. Ward is a family owned and operated business focused on providing the highest level of tree and shrub care. We have 15 ISA Certified Arborists and are a TCIA Accredited company.

We are currently seeking experienced tree climbers and climber trainees. Our in-house climber training is conducted by 7 time Penn-Del Champion Jim Roach.

Qualifications:

• Able to follow directions and work as a part of a team.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for trees and shrubs.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Perform tree care in accordance to ANSI A300 standards.
• Prune both large trees and ornamentals.
• Install cables, rods and braces.
• Install tree lightning protection systems.
