Tree Climber/Crew Leader

Location: Bakersfield, CA
Salary:

EXPERIENCED TREE CLIMBER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

Climbing experience required as well as bucket truck operation experience (desired)

Proper pruning techniques and/or ability to follow ISA guidelines

Stump grinding experience (desired)

Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to all safety/PPE guidelines

Full time position

Some overtime on occasion especially during peak season (now)

Some Saturday/weekend work may be required in peak season

Transportation to/from work

Honesty, Integrity, Punctuality

Ability to work with and be a team player

Bilingual (desired)

Drivers license helpful but not required

CDL preferred and increases compensation significantly (desired)
