Welcome to the Company Profile Resource page. This page should have access to everything you need to get ready for the 2020 ISA Virtual Conference. If you cannot find what you are looking for or have a question, email us.

Virtual Event Schedule

Click here for the latest agenda including when attendees will have scheduled opportunities to visit with you, our Partners!

The Final Break schedule will be posted on this website but attendees will be able to view your profile at any point during the conference.

Complimentary Registrations

As part of your Virtual Company Profile commitment you receive 1 full registration.

The Event App

We will be using the event app Whova. Once you have completed your registration, we will give you access to build your company profile. We encourage you to add:

Promotional videos
Event exclusive coupons
Company brochures

Here is a guide to build your company profile on the Whova app. The Whova app also provides:

Live video capabilities
Network online with attendees
Gather leads and attendee clicks

Please have your profile built by 4 December.

Attendee Lists

Companies receive two (2) complimentary attendee lists to use for pre- and post-show marketing. The pre-show list will be distributed on 30 November. The post-show list will be sent on 15 December. The lists will contain the following fields: name, company, job title, mailing address, and email address (if permission given by the participating attendee).

Social Media

The official hashtag for the 2020 ISA Virtual Conference is #ISAVirtual2020. Please use this in any of your posts promoting the event.

We’ve created graphics and sample posts you can put out on your networks! We recommend posting once per week!

Digital Images

Please feel free use these digital sample posts to raise awareness of your company’s presence at 2020 ISA Virtual Conference. You can post on your website or use in your digital and social media marketing efforts.
