Maintenance Specialist - Street Tree Program

Location: Oceanside, CA
Salary: $4,576 - $5,989 monthly

The City of Oceanside is accepting applications to establish an eligibility list for current and future vacancies for the position of Maintenance Specialist.  There is currently one vacancy in the Public Works Department - Street Tree Program.

This position performs contract management for the maintenance of trees situated in the public right-of-way, City maintained medians and parks. Sets tree pruning/trimming schedule and monitors tree pruning/trimming work performed by contractors. Maintains records, City tree inventory and reviews monthly invoices for processing. Assists with preparation of RFP’s, specification and contract documents.
