Salary: $91,450 to $96,200 (starting)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Work with major gas/electric utility systems inspecting its rights of ways to identify vegetation
incompatible with state and federal regulations.
*Collect and enter data on handheld devices, follow maps, and use GPS navigation.
*Communicate with landowners regarding work needed on their properties.
*Asses all terrain, habitat, and environmental conditions.
*Coordinate with project managers, planners and vegetation crews.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*Embraces an outdoor independent work environment.
*Thrives on adaptation, continual learning, training and is detail oriented.

*Possess knowledge, or ability to quickly learn local tree species, and specific growth rates.
*Has the ability to work and hike in rugged terrain, and inclement weather.
*Understands that communication and teamwork are ESSENTIAL to our success.
*Has the ability to become an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist within 12
months.
*Ability to learn to use range finder and job specific equipment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*High School Diploma/GED
*Clean DMV driving record (print out required)
*1 year of Arboriculture experience
*Drivers License
*Ability to operate a 4x4 vehicle on rough and narrow roads
*Willing to travel. (Travel is not guaranteed but highly likely)
*Lodging and Per Diem paid for all overnight travel
* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA,
