Sales/Field Manager

Location: Elmhurst, IL
Salary: Base Salary + Commission

Job Requirements:

• Daily meetings with customers on site to provide estimates for tree work
• Creating and following up on new business leads
• Tree health and stability diagnosis
• Good communications skills
• Strong negotiation and sales experience
• Great time management and scheduling skills
• Experience preparing written proposals for work.
• Must be a Certified Arborist
• Must have Plant Health Care Knowledge

Not required but helpful:

• Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise
• CDL Driver’s License
• Commercial & Municipal Contract Bidding
