Climber/Arborist

Location: Roseburg, OR
Salary: $26-31/hour DOE

Oregon Tree Works is looking for a skilled tree climber to join our team based in Roseburg OR. We are a small family-owned business that believes in rewarding hard work, reliability, and loyalty. We are looking for a climber who is proficient in modern techniques for climbing and rigging. We need applicants experienced in close quarter technical tree removal, and who can demonstrate correct pruning and canopy reduction techniques. You will eventually be required to lead a crew some of the time, so good problem-solving skills, customer relations, and the ability to take initiative are a must. Applicants with ISA certification and a CDL are preferred, but we will happily consider applicants willing to earn certification/licensing within the first 12 months of employment (we will pay for training and certification). Applicants are required to do a paid working interview to assess skills and ability to work as a team player.
