Tree Climber/Arborist Trainee

We are a local full-service tree care company looking to add full-time new members to our team. We specialize in pruning, and tree care preservation programs, and technical removals. Our company has doubled in size over the past four years and continues to grow in the York county area, requiring our team to grow to meet the demand. We are a locally owned and operated company and we prioritize in taking care of our employees the very best we can. All employees are given the opportunity of training, clearly set goals for continual raises while employed, along with leadership opportunities on crews as the company grows. You will be trained on the job and get to work with top-of-the-line equipment for the industry.
Our business has remained mostly unaffected by the recent pandemic, letting us provide steady and secure employment to our employees and services to our customers.
We are seeking hard working individuals with a passion for the outdoors and are in good physical condition. The pay is hourly and depends on any prior experience in the tree business. We estimate $35,000 to $40,000 yearly starting pay depending on experience. We provide health insurance assistance, vacation and sick pay, paid holiday and various yearly bonuses. We require the following:
• Clean driving record
• Be able to pass a drug screening test
If you possess any of the following, then expect the hourly wage to be higher:
• Class B CDL license
• 2 years rope climbing experience.
• ISA Certified Arborist certification
