Tree Climber/Crewleader/Foreman/Driver

Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $20-$30/hr DOE

Job Title: Tree Climber/Crewleader/Foreman/Driver 

We are a five star rated residential tree service company in Austin celebrating over 20 years of "leaving beautiful trees and happy people in our path”.  We are a small tight knit team with a safety first company culture looking for someone who can take us to the next level in technology, safety, and professional development.  

What are we looking for?

Availability to work Mon-Friday at least 30 hours weekly between 8am-4pm

Reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver’s license with 3 years clean driving history and over 21 years old (required by insurance)

Honesty and integrity (including time integrity)

Minimum 2-3 years experience in arboriculture as crew leader, climber, or ground operations, and familiarity with ANSI A300 and Z133 (OR similar experience in another industry)

Intermediate to advanced climbing and rigging skills (preferred but willing to train)

Well organized, proactive, detail and results oriented team player

Safety conscious individual who takes pride in their trade

Cell phone

Bi-lingual (preferred)
