Arborist Sales Representative
Location: Hilton Head Island, SC
Salary: $50,000.00 + per year based on experience

We are searching for an experienced Arborist Sales Representative to maintain relationships with clients and help manage our daily crew operations. The ideal candidate MUST be organized, well spoken, professional in their appearance, and have a strong attention to detail and safety. The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities is key.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory
- Actively pursue the customer commitment to scheduling the work
- Utilize sales process tools, software and other technologies to streamline the process for the customer
- Supervises work to be performed, ensuring jobs are completed contract and to the client's satisfaction
- Contributes to handling issues with crews enforcing rules, handling employees’ complaints, etc
- Responsible for other jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the tree care industry and 2 years of sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science or a related field is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills and people skills
- Bilingual in Spanish, helpful but not required
- Knowledge of ANSI Standards for Tree Care
- Excellent knowledge and identification of regional trees and plants
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass drug test
Experience:
- Bilingual: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
- Climbing: 3 years (Preferred)
License:
- ISA Arborist (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
