Arborist / Crewperson

Location: Cedarburg, WI
Salary: $23/hr

The City of Cedarburg, WI is currently accepting applications for an Arborist/Crewperson position in the Forestry Division of the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Dept. Requires knowledge of tree species, and the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs. Operates and maintains aerial bucket trucks, claw/clam grapple truck, brush chipper, stump grinder, chainsaws and other mechanical and safety equipment. Operates trucks to plow snow and spread de-icing agents during City snow removal operations. Ability to safely climb trees and work with climbing ropes and safety harness to perform tree work is desired. Basic computer and record keeping skills required. Must possess or obtain within six (6) months of hire a valid Class B, C and D Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). May occasionally perform weekend and evening work as necessary.
