Experienced Tree Climber $25-30/hour
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Salary: 25-30/per hour
Our Cincinnati location has an opportunity for an Experienced Tree Climber, Crew Leader. We are seeking experienced Arborist Climbers who have a passion for preserving and caring for trees.

Pay:
$25-$30 an hour based on experience
Incentives based on production
Requirements:
2 years’ experience
Experience with and without spurs
Rigging experience
Bucket experience
Work as a team by performing all job duties
Proper pruning techniques, ISA Standards
Must have your own climbing gear
Qualifications:
• Prior experience leading and training a tree crew in a safe and productive manner.
• ISA Arborist Certification is preferred but not required
• A must have a clean/valid Driver’s License, CDL is a plus
• Excellent communication & leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred.
• Can identify and communicate to the property owner potential up-sell opportunities.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Must be familiar with industry safety standards (ANSI) and procedures and willing to enforce these standards as well as company safety policies:
Learn, understand, and adhere to all safety rules and company safety policies
Relays hand-signals, directs traffic, operates trucks and equipment, as assigned and keeps trucks and work area clear and orderly, as well ashelps to train new employees.
Safeguards employees and public from hazards in and around work area.
Must be able to operate and service all required tools and equipment. Including:aerial lift, chippers, trucks, skid steer, stump grinders, mulch processor, firewood processor, chainsaws.
Must coordinate with the Sales Arborist and accept and be responsible for daily production goals & crew safety.
Must have endurance necessary to perform these duties throughout a standard eight to ten hour day. Must be able to work long hours and overtime during holidays, emergencies, weekends, etc. On call 24/7.
