Field Safety Observer

Location: Sonoma, CA
Salary: Based on experience

Field Safety Observer:

Wilhelm LLC is currently seeking qualified people for the role of Field Safety Observer. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years experience as a Climber, Aerial Lift Operator, or Foreman working in a utility line clearance setting. This position will be responsible for evaluating crew performance in the field and reporting findings back to safety department. ISA Certified Arborist and or TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional credentials are preferred. This position requires familiarity with Microsoft Office and a fluency in Spanish would also be highly preferable. This is a position with competitive compensation commensurate with the experience of the applicant.
