ISA Special Election Notice – Your Vote Counts!

Jun 21, 2019

The ISA Board of Directors consists of 15 directors. Eight (8) directors are elected by ISA members and five (5) are elected by the ISA’s Council of Representatives. The other two directors are the president and president-elect, who are elected by the current Board of Directors.

The recent general election selected Skip Kincaid as a director. Between the time Skip was nominated, elected, and now, he accepted a position as the ISA Southern Chapter executive director. This employment role creates a conflict of interest for Skip acting as an ISA Board Director; therefore, Skip has resigned from the board. This circumstance created the need for a special election. The members will choose a director to fill Skip’s three-year term.
