The International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) is pleased to announce that Sacramento Tree Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to urban forestry efforts in Sacramento, California, U.S., will support the ISA through its Canopy Partners program.  

The ISA Canopy Partners program is a powerful, global initiative that unites industry leaders. Through this program, Canopy Partners supports the ISA's mission to promote the professional practice of arboriculture, inform the public about the benefits of trees and foster a network of arborists, urban foresters and tree enthusiasts worldwide.

Since 1982, the Sacramento Tree Foundation has fulfilled its mission by planting and caring for more than 1.5 million trees in the region. The organization continues to steward greater canopy coverage in many neighborhoods to promote urban forestry within its communities, recognizing the health, ecological, social and economic benefits of trees. Through its work with urban canopies, the Sacramento Tree Foundation is investing in its communities through this vital public infrastructure.
