The ISA is pleased to introduce new staff members who have joined the team to work on behalf of our members and credential holders. In this issue of ISA Today, please welcome the new Director of Educational Products and Services, Tiffany Giacobazzi.

Giacobazzi is an ISA Certified Arborist, an ISA Urban Forest Professional and ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ) with a background in urban forestry, partnership building, strategic planning, and providing environmental education. She obtained her undergraduate degree in forestry from Michigan Technological University. Giacobazzi most recently serves as the Director of Natural Resources for the City of Atlanta.
