We are conducting a Job Task Analysis for the ISA Certified Arborist Utility Specialist® program, and ISA credential holders for this credential and eligible practitioners and candidates to the program will receive an invitation to complete the survey. In this project, ISA is working collaboratively with the Utility Arborist Association and Meazure Learning—a company that specializes in the development and validation of high-stakes tests and the invitation will be sent from them directly to credential holders. 

We perform this practice analysis approximately every five years for each credential. This extensive survey aims to collect detailed information needed to update our examination according to current practices in the field of arboriculture.
