Celebrating Women in Arboriculture 2021

We are ecstatic to once again celebrate Women in Arboriculture! In honor of International Women’s Day (8 March 2021), ISA will feature stories about women in the arboriculture industry throughout the month to honor their contributions to the industry. International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

According to the International Women’s Day website, this year’s theme is “Choose to Challenge.” This year we plan to focus on women who, throughout their careers, have made an impact on the arboricultural community by accepting the challenges and as a result, affected change in their communities.

From the women in leadership roles, to those who own their own companies, we are thankful these women made a difference by following their passion. We hope you will join us in celebrating women who are an integral part of our industry.

If you would like to share these stories, please use the hashtag #WomeninArb.
