Call for Best Management Practices Reviewers

The ISA has developed a series of publications known as Best Management Practices (BMPs). BMPs aid in the interpretation of professional standards and guide work practices based on current science and technology. ISA relies on subject matter expert volunteers to review and provide insightful contributions and feedback on all its publications. This greatly improves the quality of the content.

Currently ISA is searching for qualified subject matter expert reviewers to contribute their feedback on drafts of the following two publications:

  • Best Management Practices (BMP) Lightning, Fourth Edition
  • Best Management Practices (BMP) Tree Support Systems (Cabling, Bracing, Guying and Propping), Fourth Edition.

If selected as a reviewer, you will be responsible for providing thoughtful, constructive, and timely feedback on the draft manuscript based on your expertise. Your commitment as a reviewer will play a crucial role in ensuring ISA publications continue to guide work practices based on the most current science and technology.

If you are interested in serving as a reviewer for one of these BMP publications, please submit your interest here by 15 October 2025
