Call for Applications for ISA Committees

The ISA relies on a variety of volunteer committees to support its mission. Each committee serves a specific ISA interest that assists the organization as a whole. Committees are led by volunteers within the ISA membership but may also include non-members with expertise important to the function of a particular committee. Two ISA operational committees currently have vacant positions:

Conference Program Committee:
Supports development of the educational programming for the ISA Annual International Conference; about an 18-hour time commitment total, with several meetings scheduled from December to March.

Science and Research Committee:
Fosters exchange among the research community and professionals and identifies important new opportunities for science and research; about a 20-hour time commitment, with two-hour meetings every other month and additional subcommittee work.

Applications are being accepted until 31 October 2025. For more information and to apply, click here.

Image Database

ISA has a vast inventory of arboriculture- and urban forestry-related images that were compiled with the help of our members and volunteers.

Through a partnership with Forestry Images, ISA has thousands of photos and graphics available for use. ISA either owns the photos or has permission to permit their use.
