ISA is excited to launch a new credentialing management system and updated pricing structure, with a launch date scheduled for 15 July 2025. Using feedback from credential holders and industry professionals, the redesigned system delivers a streamlined, user-friendly credentialing experience with multilingual support and mobile access. It will make it easier than ever to apply, recertify, and manage your ISA credentials from anywhere in the world.

As part of this update, ISA is introducing a standardized pricing model that includes a 20% discount for all ISA members and current credential holders. This structure now reflects the full scope of ISA’s credentialing services while keeping fees consistent and transparent. 

To prepare for the launch, credentialing services will be temporarily unavailable during a planned web outage from 7–14 July 2025. Impacted services will include CEU management, applications, and exam enrollment. Learn more about these updates and preview the new system at isa-arbor.com.
