Bilingual Arbor Production Manager

Prestonwood Landscape Services is seeking a full-time Bilingual Arbor Production Manager serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In this role, you will lead Arborcare crews in the field, ensuring all tree care operations are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high standard of quality. You will oversee daily production, coordinate job execution, and support clear communication between field teams and management.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong tree care experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.


Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple Arborcare crews in daily field operations
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules and job assignments
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
• Conduct daily crew check-ins and reinforce safety procedures and PPE compliance
• Oversee job quality, efficiency, and production performance across assigned crews
• Communicate job progress, updates, and completion details with management and internal teams
• Coordinate pruning, removals, and other arborcare services to meet client expectations
• Monitor crew productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Track equipment usage, condition, and maintenance needs
• Support administrative tasks including work orders, scheduling, and reporting
• Assist with basic job site evaluations, tree identification, and production support as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in tree care or arborcare operations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• ISA Certified Arborist

• Proven leadership experience managing field crews

• Knowledge of tree care safety standards and best practices

• Valid Texas Driver’s License
