Enhance your Climbing Skills with ISA the Tree Climbers’ Guide

ISA offers a variety of educational materials to help arborists improve their arboricultural knowledge. Each week we will feature a product, or group of products that will enhance your arboriculture education. This week, ISA is featuring the Tree Climbers’ Guide.

Written by Sharon J. Lilly, the author of Arborists’ Certification Study Guide and former ISA president, this guide is comes from the tree climbers’ perspective. The Tree Climbers’ Guide provides instruction on safe climbing and aerial tree work principles. Additionally, this publication is a great study guide for the ISA Certified Tree Worker Climber Specialist® and the Aerial Lift Specialist® exams and is also available in Spanish.

The fully illustrated chapters include Tree Health and Sciences, Safety, Ropes and Knots, Climbing and so much more. For more information, please visit the ISA store.

Any educational or preparatory material, whether published by ISA or not, should NOT be considered the sole source of information for an ISA certification examination. This publication and the ISA certification program exams are developed through separate processes and entities.
