What You’ll Do:

• Support climbing arborists during tree removals and pruning

• Operate chippers, stump grinders, and other equipment

• Haul brush, logs, and wood chips efficiently

• Keep worksites safe, clean, and organized

• Learn ropes, rigging, and tree care techniques over time

• Follow company safety standards and procedures

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in landscaping, outdoor labor, or tree service preferred 

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all conditions

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Willingness to grow into advanced tree care roles
