Our Tree Division is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated, skilled Tree Climbers to join our growing team. At MSE, we pride ourselves on safety, professionalism, and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

 

 

 

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tree Climber to perform tree pruning, removals, and aerial tree care services. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, physically fit, and has experience climbing with rope and saddle.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Perform tree pruning, removals, and rigging using industry best practices
• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lift equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all company safety policies and ANSI A300/ Z133 standards
• Work closely with crew leaders and arborists on job planning and execution
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working order
• Represent MSE in a professional and courteous manner on job sites

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 1–2 years of professional tree climbing experience (spurless preferred)
• Knowledge of proper pruning techniques, tree structure, and rigging
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and teamwork
• Physical ability to work outdoors year-round in a labor-intensive environment
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
• ISA Certified Tree Worker or equivalent certification a plus
