Corporate – Workspace is primarily in the Administrative Building
In Field – Workspace is primarily Off Site at various locations around the island
Plant Area- Workspace is primarily in the Power Plant Area
Hybrid – Workspace is a combination of in the Administrative Building and in the Field or in the Plant Area
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Interact and communicate with land owners/occupiers to deliver notices to trim or removal of trees, access, power interruptions and scope of works.
- Perform site inspections for customer tree trimming requests received. Assist with performing feeder inspections for feeder clearing projects.
- Exhibit good customer service and resolve complaints and conflict situations.
- Communicate frequently with the company’s CSD representatives as well as customers to acknowledge tree trimming requests and provide updates or customer response within a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all tree trimming notices and update Partner “Right of Way” (ROW) software.
- Maintain accurate records and job status of tree trimming requests received and tree trimming notices served in the Vegetation Management Log via Smartsheet.
- Closely review sites and accurately identify tree species to be cut.
- Document key details such tree maturity, height, length of time to cut, linear distance of trimming and update the Vegetation Management Log accordingly.
- Update the Partner “Right Of Way” (ROW) software accordingly to show areas trimmed, trees removed, set dates for re-inspections, reoccurring scheduled trimmings etc.
- Job assignment, scheduling and monitoring.
- For jobs that requires bids, perform site walk through with contractors to ensure accurate bidding and reasonable charges.
- For hour-based jobs, monitor contractor’s crews through frequent site visits to ensure crews are efficient and productive.
- Assign jobs to contractors based on bids, availability and resources ensuring maximized value of money.x

Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- A High School Diploma
- Basic knowledge of electricity and power line design
- A valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of a GIS mapping software, preferably Partner Software
- Experience in plant species identification, knowledge of various tree species within the work area and knowledge of their typical growth rate, preferred
