Landscape Nursery Team Member
Location: Great Barrington, MA
Salary:
We are a well-established landscape company seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Landscape Nursery Team Member. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursery services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the care and maintenance of nursery plants
- Water and fertilize plants
- Prune and trim plants to promote healthy growth
- Assist with the installation of plants at job sites
- Operate and maintain nursery equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursery or greenhouse environment
- Knowledge of plant care and propagation
- Ability to operate nursery equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, and hand tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Good communication and customer service skills
